Which corporate coffee catering package fits our event?
Starter includes up to 100 guests and up to 3 hours of service. Signature Experience includes up to 200 guests, up to 5 hours, unlimited drinks, priority setup, and premium presentation. Both include full setup, professional baristas, full-color printing, decaf, and hot chocolate.
Can you print our logo in full color?
Yes. We print company logos, campaign artwork, photos, and custom designs directly on cappuccinos and lattes in full color, live at your event. Share your artwork and branding requirements when booking.
What does our venue need to provide?
A 15–20 amp power outlet. We bring our own water. Outdoor events require a tent, temperatures between 70 and 82°F, and humidity below 60%. Share your venue details so we can confirm the setup requirements.
Can you accommodate our guest count and schedule?
Tell us how many guests you expect and when they will order, especially during short conference breaks. Additional guests beyond 200 and extended service are available as upgrades; we will tailor the quote to your event.
Do you offer non-dairy and non-coffee drinks?
Decaf and hot chocolate are included. Non-dairy milk is available as an add-on. Custom branded menus, a digital display, printed macarons, and coffee favors are also available.
Where do you serve, and when should we book?
We serve all five NYC boroughs and nearby Long Island with no travel fee. Other Long Island locations, New Jersey, Westchester, Connecticut, and Pennsylvania carry distance-based fees. Aim to book a month ahead; shorter-notice events depend on availability.
